Reactivating your workspace through Stripe Checkout now records a third Activity feed entry — and the reactivation is now instant

Following last week's two reactivation entries, the third common path — clicking 'Subscribe' on a deactivated workspace and paying through Stripe Checkout — now records its own Activity event the moment Checkout completes, and your workspace flips back to active in the same instant instead of after a brief delay.

 • A new 'Stripe Checkout completed — workspace reactivated' entry appears in Activity — When you (or anyone in your workspace) reactivate a deactivated workspace by completing Stripe Checkout, the Activity tab in Settings now records the event with that exact copy — so the moment of resubscription is on the timeline alongside the payment-recovery and subscription-renewal flavours we shipped on May 11. You can now reconstruct the full reactivation story from Activity alone, no matter which of the three paths you took. Forward-only — historical reactivations from before today aren't backfilled.
 • Your workspace comes back online instantly, not seconds later — Before today, completing Stripe Checkout to reactivate a deactivated workspace put your workspace into a brief 'half-active' state until Stripe sent us a follow-up webhook a few seconds later. The two webhooks could also be delivered out of order or one could be dropped, in which case the half-active state could persist longer. Now the workspace flips fully active at the moment Checkout completes — single webhook, single transaction, no waiting for a follow-up. Nothing else changes about how you reactivate.

Two stuck-state fixes on the Outreach page: the 'Go to Platform Settings' button works, and zero-campaign workspaces get a real Create-campaign button instead of an infinite spinner

If you opened Outreach without any keywords configured, the 'Go to Platform Settings' button on the empty-state card silently did nothing. And if your workspace happened to have zero campaigns, the page spun on 'Loading campaign...' forever with no obvious way out. Both fixed.

 • 'Go to Platform Settings' from the no-keywords card now actually goes — If you've never configured discovery keywords, opening Outreach shows a 'No keywords configured yet' card with a 'Go to Platform Settings' button. The button was changing the URL but not the page — you stayed on the empty-state card, no console error, no 404, just a button that quietly did nothing. Now it takes you straight to the Setup tab's Platforms section where you can add your first keywords.
 • Workspaces with zero campaigns now show a 'Create campaign' button instead of spinning forever — If your workspace had no campaigns yet, the Outreach page would display 'Loading campaign...' indefinitely, because the page was waiting for a campaign that didn't exist. There was a '+ New campaign' affordance in the top bar, but it wasn't the obvious primary action. Now the page shows a proper empty-state card with a Create campaign button right in the main content area, so you can get unstuck without having to hunt for the right button.

Bounced outreach emails and every Stripe-driven workspace change now show in your Activity feed

Following May 10's Activity-feed expansion for admin and onboarding actions, three more event types now appear: outreach emails that bounce or get marked as spam, your workspace going offline when Stripe cancels your subscription, and your workspace coming back online when payment recovers or you resubscribe — each with the cause named so you don't have to guess.

 • Bounced and complained outreach emails now appear — When an outreach email you sent through Stela bounces back from the recipient's server, or when a recipient marks it as spam, your Activity tab now records the failure with the creator, the platform, and the failure type. Previously these failures happened silently — the send looked successful in Stela because the outbound handoff worked, but the actual delivery failure was invisible. Now you find out without leaving the app, so you can tag the creator's contact as bad and skip them in future outreach.
 • Stripe-driven workspace deactivations are clearly distinguished from admin-driven ones — If your subscription cancels in Stripe — you cancelled, the card kept failing past the grace period, or anything else that triggers Stripe's cancellation webhook — the Activity tab now shows a 'Stripe subscription canceled — workspace deactivated' entry. Before, only admin-driven deactivations (from our support team using the admin console) showed up; auto-cancellations from Stripe webhooks didn't. The new entry uses 'Stripe' as the actor so you can immediately see the cause and don't think it was support.
 • Workspace reactivation now shows in two flavours — When your workspace is reactivated by Stripe — payment recovery (your card succeeded after a previous failure) or a fresh subscription (you resubscribed via Stripe Checkout, or our support reactivated your subscription in the Stripe Dashboard) — your Activity feed now records the reactivation with copy that names the specific cause. Payment recovery shows 'Stripe payment succeeded — workspace reactivated'; a subscription-event reactivation (no fresh payment) shows 'Stripe subscription reactivated — workspace reactivated'. Both are forward-only from today, so reactivations that happened before this ship aren't backfilled.

The Activity tab in Settings now records workspace creation, every plan change (including those triggered by Stripe in the background), and every scoring-fields edit on the Company tab — not just the obvious ones. You can finally answer 'who changed this and when?' without leaving Stela.

 • Workspace creation now appears — When a new workspace is created — by self-signup or by support — the Activity tab now shows a 'Workspace created' entry with the actor (the new owner, or a support admin if we set it up for you). Same for trial extensions, plan overrides applied by support, entitlement changes, and workspace deactivations: all five now appear with the actor named.
 • Plan changes always show — even the ones Stripe drives — Plan changes that happen in the background — your subscription renewing, your card failing then succeeding, a webhook from Stripe that flips your plan — now appear in the Activity tab attributed correctly. Self-serve plan changes (upgrade, downgrade, founders-friends → paid, cancel a pending downgrade) all show with the right action label, not 'unknown'. Cancelling a pending downgrade is now its own entry instead of being silent.
 • Editing scoring fields from the Company tab now logs an entry — Before, editing your scoring vertical or brand value proposition from the Settings Company tab only logged half the time (depending on which Save button you used). Now every change to your scoring vertical, custom vertical description, or brand value proposition shows in Activity — regardless of which tab you saved from. The brand value proposition text itself is never stored in the audit row (only the fact that it changed).
 • Filter by 'Discovery filters' — The Activity tab's filter dropdown gains a 'Discovery filters' group, so you can quickly narrow to per-campaign discovery-filter changes (the YouTube relevance language / region / freshness overrides we shipped on May 3rd). One click separates discovery tuning from everything else.
 • Faster Settings → Company tab Save — Saving the Company tab is now a single round-trip to our backend instead of two. Same form, same fields — just snappier. Behind the scenes the audit trail is unified, which is also why scoring-fields edits now reliably show up (see above).

The walkthrough panel that opens from the floating help button got a mobile rebuild and a desktop polish. On phones it's a full-screen sheet you can swipe through; on desktop you can fit a tall screenshot to your viewport or click any image to see it at native resolution.

 • Mobile bottom-sheet — On phones (< 768 px), tapping the floating help button now opens a full-screen sheet with a sticky Prev/Next footer, a scroll-snap tab strip, and 44 px touch targets — instead of a tiny floating panel you couldn't read. Body scroll is locked while the sheet is open; focus is trapped so screen readers stay inside the dialog.
 • Swipe between slides — On mobile, swipe left or right on a guide slide to step through the walkthrough. The 50 px threshold prevents accidental scrolling from triggering navigation.
 • Fit-to-screen toggle on desktop — A new toggle expands the guide panel to 90% of your viewport so tall screenshots (the long Settings page, the Drafts inbox) display end-to-end without a scrollbar. Your fit-to-screen preference persists across sessions.
 • Click-to-zoom lightbox — Click any guide screenshot to view it at full native resolution in a lightbox. Press Esc, click the backdrop, or press the close button to dismiss. Keyboard-operable — Tab + Enter on the image, then Esc to close, with focus restored to where you were.
 • Tablet support via touch events — Resizing and repositioning the guide panel now works via touch events on tablets, not just mouse drag.
 • Panel position remembered across sessions — Where you put the guide panel — width, screen position, fit-to-screen state — persists in your browser. Comes back exactly where you left it. Plus a long-standing bug where the panel could drift offscreen on window resize is fixed.

Following the May 5 update that added per-creator drop reasons to the Discovered Creators table, the Scoring and Drafting stages on every Outreach Runs execution card now also break down per-platform, mirroring what Discovery has done since the start. Multi-platform runs (YouTube + TikTok + Instagram together) now sum across platforms correctly in the funnel banner.

 • Per-platform Scoring + Drafting rows — Every execution card on the Outreach Runs page now shows separate Scoring and Drafting rows per platform (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram) — same shape as the per-platform Discovery rows. You can see at a glance how many creators each platform contributed at every stage, not just at Discovery, and where each platform's funnel narrowed.
 • Multi-platform funnel correctness — When a single execution discovered creators across multiple platforms, the Scoring and Drafting stages were aggregating only one platform's results into the Summary row. Now the funnel sums across all platforms correctly — so a run that produced 12 scored creators across YouTube + TikTok shows 12 in the funnel, not 7.
 • Scoring detail uses your actual per-platform thresholds — If you're using a per-platform Min fit-score-for-drafting override (set in the Setup → Platform tab), the Scoring stage detail panel on each execution now displays your override — not the now-removed generic threshold. The chip on each scored creator also reflects the platform-specific cutoff, so you can verify the right rule was applied.

A new Brand value proposition field on the Settings Company tab lets you give Stela a one or two-sentence summary of what your brand does and why creators would care. Stela's outreach drafts will weave that into the optional fit-pitch line — instead of either fabricating one or omitting it entirely. Plus a guardrail prevents drafts from inventing fake quotes or pitches when no value prop is supplied.

 • Brand value proposition field — Open Settings → Company tab; you'll see a new 'Brand value proposition' textarea (max 600 characters, with a live character counter). Write 1–2 sentences telling Stela what your brand does and why a creator would want to partner — e.g. 'Independent label launching emerging hip-hop artists with a 60-day audience-building program.' Stela uses this in both the initial outreach draft and any follow-ups, so the optional fit-pitch sentence is grounded on real material instead of guessed. Leave it blank and Stela will simply omit the fit-pitch line — which is the safer behavior.
 • Drafts no longer invent quotes or fake pitches — Before, the default drafting prompt could occasionally produce hallucinated quotes from your brand or invented details about your offer when the LLM had nothing concrete to ground on. The prompt has been tightened to forbid this — no fabricated quotes, no invented brand pitches. If you've supplied a value proposition (above), drafts can ground the fit-pitch line on it; if you haven't, drafts simply skip that line. Either way, what you read in the draft preview is what the draft actually contains — no surprise fabrications when the email arrives in the creator's inbox.

The Outreach Runs page now tells the full story of every discovery: per-creator drop reasons in the Discovered Creators table, a funnel banner above the table, sortable + filterable columns, a rolled-up Summary row across all four stages, and a separate label for creators we couldn't verify under strict mode. No more guessing what happened between Discovery starting and your drafts appearing.

 • Per-creator drop reasons — Every creator that discovery returned but didn't promote now shows exactly why — Below follower threshold, Below engagement threshold, Couldn't be verified, Missing content evidence, or Unresolved profile. Open the Discovered Creators table on any run; the chip on each row tells the story. Hover for the rule that applied.
 • Funnel banner above the table — A new banner above the Discovered Creators table summarizes the run — '5 of 14 creators passed eligibility for scoring' — with per-platform breakdowns and direct links into Setup to adjust the threshold that filtered each bucket. You can see at a glance whether to relax follower minimums, tune engagement, or look at strict-mode coverage.
 • Sortable + filterable Discovered Creators table — Click any column header (Creator, Engagement, Followers, Keyword, Stage, Evidence) to sort. Two quick-filter chips above the table let you toggle 'Engagement ≥ minimum' and 'Followers ≥ minimum' to focus on creators who passed those gates. The 'Filtered out' badge expands into a multi-criterion tooltip showing exactly which thresholds the row passed (✓) and failed (✗).
 • Summary row across all four stages — Every Outreach Runs execution card now ends with a Summary row that rolls up Discovery → Eligibility → Scoring → Drafting into a single line — counts at each transition, total wall-clock duration, and the result. Click to expand for a per-stage breakdown including the eligibility drop histogram (followers / engagement / unverifiable / missing evidence / unresolved).
 • Strict-mode drops named correctly — Creators we drop because we couldn't reliably measure their engagement (single evidence sample under strict mode) now surface under their own bucket — 'Couldn't be verified (insufficient evidence)' — instead of being lumped in with 'Below engagement threshold'. The tooltip points you at the strict-mode toggle in Setup so you can choose to admit those creators if you'd rather see them.
 • Stage label clarity + Summary row polish — The post-scoring chip 'Scored' was misleading (it actually meant 'filtered out by score threshold'); it now reads 'Filtered out'. The Summary row's Started/Ended cells now match the per-stage row times exactly (UTC parity), the status badge stays on 'In progress' until all four stages complete (instead of flipping to Completed when only Discovery finishes), and an in-flight stage now shows '(running)' or '(pending Apify)' instead of an empty Ended cell.

YouTube discovery now skips uploads older than 6 months by default — fewer 5-year-old viral hits crowding your funnel. New per-campaign controls let you tune YouTube relevance language + region and TikTok upload-recency without touching admin settings.

 • YouTube recency window — 6 months by default — Every YouTube discovery now requests only videos uploaded in the last 180 days. The change is automatic — same daily quota, same keyword targets, fewer aged-but-popular creators in your funnel that wouldn't be relevant to a current campaign anyway. Workspace admins can adjust the window from the global Configuration tab.
 • Per-campaign locale and freshness overrides — On the Setup → YouTube card, you can now opt into a relevance language (BCP-47 — 'en', 'pt', etc.) and region code (ISO 3166 — 'US', 'BR', etc.) per campaign, telling YouTube to bias results toward creators publishing in that language and region. On the Setup → TikTok card, you can override the recency window per campaign (within the workspace ceiling). Both are optional — leave them blank to use the workspace default.
 • Discovery filter changes appear in your Activity feed — Whenever a campaign's discovery filters change — either via the per-campaign controls above or by editing thresholds — the Activity tab now logs a 'tuned discovery filters on campaign X' entry showing exactly what changed. You can see who tightened YouTube to en-US two weeks ago and why your funnel narrowed.

YouTube discovery now uses YouTube's own quality-ranked match instead of just the most recent uploads. Same daily budget, fewer near-zero-view videos in your funnel, more creators that actually match the keyword you searched.

 • Relevance over recency — Before, every YouTube discovery was sorted by upload date — newest first — which meant a long tail of zero-view recent uploads showed up in your funnel only to be filtered out later. Now we sort by YouTube's relevance ranking by default, so the first creators we look at are the ones YouTube's own algorithm considers the best match for your keyword.
 • Same daily budget — This change costs nothing extra against your YouTube API quota — same 100 units per search, same daily limit. You just get higher-signal results for the same spend.
 • Reversible in one click if you ever need it — Your support team can flip the default back to date-based ordering (or to view-count, rating, or any other YouTube-supported sort) without a deploy. The change applies to the next discovery run within about a minute.

When a creator's engagement signal is too thin to trust, Stela used to admit them anyway and let downstream filters sort it out. There's a new opt-in toggle per platform — when on, we drop those creators at the eligibility step instead.

 • Strict engagement floor (off by default) — Open Setup → YouTube / TikTok / Instagram → Audience filters. Below the engagement-rate threshold, you'll find a new "Strict engagement floor" checkbox. When off (the default), creators whose engagement we couldn't confidently measure still pass through if their fit score is high. When on, we drop them at the eligibility step — saving your scoring and drafting budget for creators we can verify.
 • Per-platform — turn it on where you need it — You can enable strict mode on YouTube and leave it off on TikTok and Instagram, or any combination. Each platform has its own toggle. Your campaign settings inherit the workspace-level admin default but you can override per platform per campaign.
 • Why this matters — If you've ever seen a draft with a confusingly low engagement number — say, an Instagram creator at 0.04% engagement when the platform benchmark is 0.2% — strict mode is the lever to keep those out of your drafts queue. We surfaced this exact case while investigating draft quality and built the toggle for it.

When the drafts queue shows zero but the pipeline is healthy, Stela now tells you why — fit scores below threshold, engagement below threshold, items still scoring, recent zero-result discovery streaks — instead of leaving you staring at an empty list.

 • A diagnostic panel above the empty Drafts list — When your drafts queue is empty but creators are stuck somewhere in the pipeline, we now render a panel directly above the list explaining exactly where they're stuck and why. Per-platform fit-score distribution, a suggested threshold based on your data, drop reasons (low followers, low engagement, fail-open admissions), and how long items have been waiting. No more guessing.
 • A 5th "Threshold check" pill on the Setup readiness strip — The readiness strip at the top of Setup now has a fifth pill that flips to a warning state when ten or more items have been stuck at eligibility or drafting for over a day, OR when discovery has returned zero eligible items three runs in a row. Click through to the Drafts tab to see the diagnostic panel.
 • Suggested thresholds based on your real data — If your fit-score threshold is too high for the kind of creators discovery is actually finding, the diagnostic panel suggests a lower number — derived from the median of items currently below your threshold. You can click through to settings and adjust it without leaving the page.

We rewrote Stela's default outreach prompt to drop the AI tells (corporate jargon, em-dashes, summary subject lines, fake markdown links) and added context tooltips on every draft's engagement stats so you know what "5% engagement" actually means for that platform.

 • Default drafts that sound like a DM, not a pitch — If you haven't customized your outreach prompt, your drafts now use Stela's rewritten default — a DM-not-pitch voice anchor with explicit bans on em-dashes, corporate jargon ("thrilled," "reach out," "synergy," etc.), markdown links bleeding into plain-text email, and summary-of-email subject lines. The prompt also tells the model it's OK to skip the brand-fit pitch when the connection would be a stretch — better a short authentic note than a forced one.
 • Drafts that fail the lint regenerate once, automatically — When a draft comes back with the patterns we banned (an em-dash, a banned word, a summary subject), Stela regenerates it once with a hint about what to fix. If the second pass still misses, we save what came back rather than retry forever — cost-bounded, but most issues catch on the first retry.
 • Engagement tooltips on every draft card — Every draft card shows the creator's followers and engagement rate. Hover the info icon next to those stats and you'll see a tooltip explaining the formula (Instagram is follower-based; YouTube and TikTok are view-based), the platform benchmark, and where this creator falls relative to it. The same explanation used to live in small grey text below the card — easy to miss. Now it's right where you're looking.

The Stela app picked up the SoundMinds.ai cerulean palette, gold accent, mint surfaces, and Inter typography — replacing the legacy blue accent across alerts, primary buttons, badges, modals, and the conversation thread. New split-layout signup and login pages mirror the marketing site hero.

 • Cerulean and gold across the whole app — Primary buttons, alerts, badges, modal CTAs, the floating help button, dossier links, and the inbox unread indicator all moved off the legacy blue accent and onto the SoundMinds palette: cerulean #00303F, gold #DCAE1D, mint surfaces, and sage muted text. Inter is now the standard typeface.
 • Reimagined signup and login — On wider screens (>=900px), the /signup and /login pages now show a split layout: a cerulean brand panel on the left with a Kitchen Copilot testimonial, a soft floating Fit Score card, and a founder note; the form sits on the right. Google sign-in is the primary call-to-action; email/password is collapsed behind "Or sign up with email" and auto-opens if there's a submit error. Mobile collapses to a single column with the brand panel hidden.
 • Single-row top nav — The TopNav collapsed from two rows (centered brand + tagline / nav links) to one row (left brand + right cluster). The marketing tagline lives on the soundminds.ai site now, not in the app chrome. The brand mark in the corner is a link back to your /outreach page (or the marketing site when you're signed out).

Pro+ workspaces can now edit notes after writing them and delete notes that are no longer relevant — directly from the creator detail page, with a confirmation step before delete and a permission rule that prevents teammates from editing each other's notes.

 • Inline edit on every note — Click the pencil icon next to any note and the body opens in an inline textarea with the existing character counter. Save updates the note in place — no page reload — and any teammates viewing the same creator see the new text on their next refresh. Saving with no changes is a no-op (no audit row, no flash).
 • Delete with confirmation — Click the trash icon to delete a note. We open a centered confirm modal showing a preview of the note body so you can double-check what you're removing. Click backdrop or press Escape to cancel; click Delete to confirm. Deletes are permanent.
 • Members can only edit notes they wrote — The Member role can only edit and delete notes they personally authored. Owners and admins can edit and delete any note (including notes whose author has left the workspace). Both edits and deletes are recorded in your workspace's Activity tab so there's always an audit trail of who changed what.

Your workspace Activity tab now records draft edits and tag renames, and your personal Profile → Security tab now shows your recent sign-ins, password changes, MFA enrollment, session revocations, and other account-security events across every workspace you belong to.

 • Draft edits and tag renames now show up in the Activity tab — When a teammate edits a draft (subject, body, niche tags) or renames a tag in your workspace, the change is now recorded in the workspace Activity tab with the actor and the timestamp — same place you already see invites, plan changes, and discoveries. No-op edits (saving with no changes) don't clutter the feed.
 • A new "Recent activity" card on Profile → Security — Open /profile and click the Security tab. Between the Recent sign-ins card and the two-factor section, you'll find a new Recent activity card showing your last sign-ins, password changes, email changes, MFA enrollment, MFA verification failures, session revocations, OAuth account links and unlinks, new-device sign-ins, and account-deletion lifecycle events — across every workspace you belong to. Filtered to only the events relevant to your account-security history; sensitive details are stripped before display.
 • Privacy by design — The new card only ever shows fields safe to display: event type, timestamp, IP address, browser, device label, location hint where available. Internal metadata (tokens, raw event payloads) is never exposed. There's a per-user rate limit so the page is always responsive.

A round of Outreach polish: Setup is now a 3-column platform layout with sensible defaults, every Execution card on Runs shows real-time discovery progress and can be deleted, the Drafts tab calls out brand-new items with a "New" badge, and tab labels carry inline counts so you always know how much is waiting on you.

 • Setup → Platforms in three columns, side-by-side — The Setup tab is now two sections — Platforms and Engage. Platforms shows YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram as a 3-column grid you can scan in one look, with the platforms you've enabled sorted to the left. Daily auto-discovery is one toggle (it was repeated three times before — same value, three places to drift), and new campaigns now start with all three platforms disabled so you opt in to what you actually want.
 • Tab order: Setup, Runs, Drafts (N), Inbox (N) — Outreach now lands on the Runs tab by default — that's the one you'll most often want to look at after kicking off a discovery. Drafts and Inbox carry inline counts in their labels ("Drafts (4)" / "Inbox (2)") so you can see at a glance whether something's waiting for you. The first time you open a fresh campaign with no platforms configured, we route you to Setup automatically.
 • Live discovery progress on the Runs tab — Click into an Execution card while a discovery is running and you'll now see real Apify progress instead of a generic "in progress" spinner: phase-by-phase status, when each actor was last polled, how many handles have been extracted so far, and any errors as they arrive. The Execution card also shows the actual count of unique creators discovered (not the raw scrape total — duplicates are now reconciled in the UI).
 • Delete an Execution from your Runs history — Old Execution cards cluttering the Runs tab? Each one now has a "Delete execution" button that removes the run history only — your drafts, your discovered creators, and your audit trail all stay intact. We block the delete if a run is still in progress and explain why. There's a single confirm dialog so you don't have to type a long phrase just to clear out housekeeping.
 • Hard-delete a campaign (with full preview) — Deleting a non-default campaign now does what you expect: it actually removes everything tied to it — keywords, drafts, conversations, message threads, and creators discovered only in that campaign. Before you confirm, we show a breakdown of exactly what will be deleted so there are no surprises. Cross-campaign creators are preserved (a creator who appears in two campaigns survives the delete of one). To delete the default campaign, set another campaign as default first via the new "Set as Default" button on the campaign edit modal.
 • Drafts that arrived since you last looked — Open the Drafts tab and any drafts that landed after your previous visit are highlighted with a blue left border and a green "New" badge — so when a discovery completes overnight, you can see the new arrivals at a glance instead of scrolling through everything to figure out what changed. After you've been on the tab for 30 seconds, we update your bookmark so the next visit only highlights what's truly new since then.
 • More-honest pipeline counts — Previously the Runs tab could show "Scoring: No items available" the moment you kicked off a discovery — even though scoring hadn't actually run yet. We fixed that: the Execution card now reflects the real funnel for that specific discovery, and the Scoring + Drafting rows are clickable so you can drill into the exact creators that were processed. Sender configuration warnings also moved off the Setup readiness strip — they only show up where they matter, on the Drafts tab where Send actually fires.

Two changes to how Stela talks to its discovery scrapers: long-running discoveries no longer falsely report as failed when they were still legitimately working, and discoveries now finish within seconds of the scraper completing instead of waiting for the next polling round.

 • No more false failures on long Instagram and TikTok runs — Previously, if a hashtag search took longer than five minutes (which legitimate Instagram runs sometimes do), Stela gave up and marked the run as failed even though the scraper was still working. The discovery pipeline was rebuilt so Stela submits the work and reconciles completion separately — there's no longer a fixed wait window that can cut off a legitimate long-running discovery.
 • Discoveries finish within seconds of being done — When a discovery's scraper completes, Stela now hears about it almost immediately and moves the run forward right away. Before, you might have waited up to a minute for the next reconciliation pass before the Runs tab caught up. The reconciliation pass still runs as a safety net, so nothing is lost if a signal is delayed — discoveries finalize the moment the scraper is done, every time.

Display names, channel bios, and subscriber counts for the YouTube creators in your roster now refresh on a 30-day cadence — without you re-running discovery. Always-current data, no extra clicks.

 • Always-current creator data — Display name, channel bio, and subscriber count refresh every 30 days for every YouTube creator you've discovered. The next time you open a creator's detail page or look at the Creators list, you're seeing current numbers — no need to re-run a discovery just to see if a channel grew.
 • Deleted or banned channels handled gracefully — If a YouTube channel disappears (deleted, banned, or made private), we keep the row in your roster so any drafts or pipeline items that reference it still resolve. The YouTube-sourced fields are blanked so you're not staring at stale numbers, but your work history with that creator stays intact.
 • Fresh discovery still gets priority — Your discovery runs always get first claim on Stela's daily YouTube API budget. The refresh job only uses leftover quota — it can never block a discovery run from picking up new creators.
 • Privacy policy updated — We've added explicit language to our Privacy Policy describing the 30-day refresh window for YouTube creator data, in line with the YouTube Developer Policies. The policy is at /privacy if you'd like to review it.

You no longer have to switch to the Drafts tab to work on a creator's outreach. Open any creator's profile and every campaign where action is waiting now shows a one-click button to open the draft editor — review, approve, send, or work on a follow-up, all without leaving the page.

 • State-aware action buttons — Each campaign card shows exactly the button that fits the current stage: Edit & approve draft when a new draft is in review, Edit & send draft when a draft is approved and ready to go, Send follow-up when a follow-up is pending review, and Edit & approve follow-up when a follow-up was approved but hasn't sent yet. If there's nothing for you to do on a campaign, no button appears — the timeline stays clean.
 • The same editor, fewer clicks — Click any of these buttons and the full draft editor opens in a modal — subject, body, classification, send via email, mark sent manually. It's the same editor you've been using on the Drafts tab; nothing new to learn. Save and the timeline refreshes inline so you immediately see the new state.
 • Follow-ups handled the same way — If a creator has a follow-up sequence in flight, the same shortcuts cover it — whether the follow-up is pending review or sitting approved waiting to send. No extra hop into the Inbox tab to handle a follow-up reply or send.

The Notes section we teased on the Creators detail page is now functional for Pro tenants. Capture context, decisions, and follow-up reminders on any creator — and your whole team sees the same trail.

 • Append-only notes with attribution — Type a note (up to 2,000 characters), click Add, and it appears at the top of the list with your name and a timestamp. The list shows the 50 most recent notes; if there are more, a quiet indicator lets you know older ones are retained. Notes are append-only on purpose — they're meant as a workflow trail, not a scratchpad — so there's no edit or delete in this release.
 • Team-shared, with handoff in mind — Every teammate on your workspace sees the same notes in real time, with each note tagged to its author. If a teammate later leaves the workspace, their past notes stay visible (now labeled "Former member") so handoff context isn't lost.
 • Audit trail in your Activity timeline — Every note added is recorded in your workspace Activity tab as a Creator note added event, so owners and admins can see who's been keeping notes on which creators. The note text itself stays private to the creator's profile — only the fact that a note was added shows up in Activity.
 • Starter sees the room to grow — On Starter, the Notes section still renders with a locked textarea and an Upgrade to Pro button — same friendly nudge pattern as Tags. If you ever upgrade and then later drop back to Starter, your existing notes stay visible (read-only) so no context is lost.

The Creators tab we teased last week is now live. Browse every creator you've discovered across all campaigns in one place, open a full profile to see their cross-campaign history, and — on Pro — organize your roster with color-coded tags.

 • Every creator, one list — A unified list of every creator you've discovered — across all of your campaigns — with sub-tabs for All, YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. Sort by fit score, engagement, stage, or recency. A readiness strip shows Known, Engaged, and Untagged counts at a glance, and all of your filters persist in the URL so you can share a view.
 • A full profile per creator — Click any row to open a per-creator page with identity, contact info, engagement metrics, evidence, and — most importantly — a cross-campaign timeline. See every campaign a creator has appeared in, their current stage, and the full stage-change history, with draft content expandable per campaign. The Creator Dossier popup on Activity now links straight to this detail page.
 • Organize with tags (Pro) — Create workspace-wide tags with automatic color assignment, then attach them to creators on the detail page — one tag or several. Filter the list by tag or "Untagged only" to quickly find your partnered creators, top performers, or anyone you want to come back to. Rename or delete tags from the Manage tags modal (owners and admins can delete; everyone can rename).
 • Upgrade nudges, never hidden walls — On Starter, the Tags section, Notes section, tag filter, and older-campaign history on the detail page all still render — with a friendly lock icon and an Upgrade to Pro button. If you had tags in a previous Pro period, they stay visible (read-only) so nothing feels lost.

 • New sign-in alert emails — Whenever you sign in from a device Stela hasn't seen in the last 60 days, you'll get a security alert email showing when it happened, the approximate city and country, and the browser and operating system used. Covers both password and Google sign-ins, and fires after any two-factor step so nothing is missed.
 • Recent sign-ins card — Your Profile → Security tab now has a Recent sign-ins card listing every device that's been on your account, with a label, approximate location, first-seen date, and last-active time. The device you're on right now is marked with a This device badge.
 • One-click "This wasn't me" — See a device you don't recognize? Click This wasn't me, confirm by typing LOCK, and Stela instantly signs out every session, removes that device from your recognized list, places a security hold on your account, and sends you a follow-up alert. • The right sign-in option for every invitee — No account yet? They see Continue with Google plus a Sign up with email option. Existing password account? Email pre-filled, just enter their password. Google-only account? Only the Google button — no password form to confuse them. Already signed in as the right person? One-click Accept.
 • Google sign-in remembers the invite — If an invitee clicks Continue with Google, they're now returned directly back to their invite after authenticating — instead of landing on the generic workspace picker and losing context.
 • Wrong-account detection — If someone clicks an invite while signed in as a different email, Stela now shows You're signed in as X but this invite is for Y, with a one-click Sign out and continue button — no more cryptic error.

Your Outreach page is now organized into four focused tabs — Drafts, Inbox, Runs, and Setup — so each part of your workflow has its own home instead of sharing a single long page. Follow-up drafts now appear on the conversation thread in Inbox, right where you'll decide whether to send them.

 • Drafts tab for review and send — Review drafts, approve or reject them, and send outreach — all on the Drafts tab. Filter by platform with sub-tabs and by status (In Review, Approved, Rejected) with chip filters so you only see what you want to act on.
 • Inbox tab for replies and follow-ups — Every active conversation lives in Inbox. When a follow-up draft is ready for your review, it appears on the conversation thread itself — not buried in Drafts — so you can read the original message, their reply, and the proposed follow-up all in one place before deciding to send.
 • Runs tab for discovery — Start discovery runs and watch them work. Each platform has its own trigger button, and the execution card shows live progress through Discovery, Scoring, and Drafting so you always know where a run is.
 • Setup tab for configuration — All campaign configuration — platforms, keywords, discovery settings, reply routing, follow-up sequences, drafting prompts — lives under Setup. The campaign edit dialog is now focused on just name, description, and archive.
 • Plan-aware landing tab — Trial accounts land on Drafts so approving your first batch is the first thing you see. Paid accounts land on Inbox, where active conversations are.

 • Iterate as needed — Keep rewriting until it's right. Each pass works from the current version, so you can refine one change at a time instead of starting over.

Setup tab redesign: per-platform sub-tabs, readiness strip, and a dedicated Engage view

The Setup tab is now organized into per-platform sub-tabs (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram) plus a new Engage sub-tab — so you can focus on one platform's configuration at a time instead of scrolling through one long page. A readiness strip at the top shows what's configured and what still needs attention.

 • Per-platform sub-tabs — YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram each have their own Setup sub-tab. Keywords, discovery limits, and minimum fit score live with the platform they belong to — no more hunting through a single long page.
 • New Engage sub-tab — Reply routing and follow-up sequences now have a dedicated home under Setup → Engage, instead of being tucked inside the campaign edit modal. Configuring how Stela handles replies and follow-ups is a first-class part of campaign setup.
 • Readiness strip across the top — A persistent strip shows which sections of your campaign are configured and which still need work. It updates as you move between platforms so you can see at a glance what's left before you run discovery.
 • Simplified campaign edit modal — The campaign edit modal is now focused on identity only — name, description, and archive. All platform and engagement settings live in the redesigned Setup tab where they belong.
 • Per-platform discovery caps and fit scores — Discovery limits and minimum fit score are now set per platform, not as one blanket setting for the whole campaign. Tune YouTube and TikTok independently based on how each platform performs for you.
 • Works on mobile — The redesigned Setup tab is fully responsive — sub-tabs wrap cleanly, the campaign selector fits, and everything stays readable at phone-sized widths.

We're considering several directions for Stela's roadmap and want your input. Client reporting, audience insights, and campaign outcome tracking are all on the table — but what we build depends on what you actually need.

 • Client reporting — Auto-generated campaign reports for agencies to share with clients: discovery stats, outreach funnel, creator list, response status.
 • Audience insights — Estimated audience demographics from public signals: language, content topics, engagement sentiment, timezone patterns.
 • Campaign outcome tracking — After a creator agrees to collaborate, monitor whether they actually posted — surface the post URL, reach, and engagement.
 • Something else entirely — If none of these match what you need, we want to hear that too. Email us at support@soundminds.ai and tell us what would make Stela indispensable for your workflow.

Stela Pro now includes reply detection, follow-up sequence drafts, the Stela inbox, and LinkedIn contact enrichment. These features complete the outreach loop — send, track, follow up, and manage conversations without leaving Stela.

 • Reply detection (Pro) — When a creator replies to your outreach, Stela catches the reply and surfaces it inline on the draft card. You'll see your funnel as sent → delivered → replied, with unread indicators so nothing slips through.
 • Follow-up sequence drafts (Pro) — For creators who haven't replied, Stela automatically drafts follow-ups on a cadence you configure (up to 3 per creator). Every follow-up still goes through your review before it sends — nothing auto-sends, ever.
 • The Stela inbox (Pro) — A new Inbox tab showing every outreach conversation across campaigns, with per-creator threading and the ability to reply from inside Stela using your verified sender identity. No context-switching to a separate email client.
 • LinkedIn contact enrichment — Stela now surfaces LinkedIn profile URLs alongside business emails, giving you a second outreach channel for creators who don't publish an email. Included in Starter.
